As a client of Northman Sterling Legal, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your matter. It is your responsibility to ensure the authenticity and validity of all provided documents. Any false or misleading information may result in the termination of our services without liability.
Service Fees and Payment
Northman Sterling Legal's service fees are disclosed prior to engagement and are based on the specific services requested. All fees quoted are exclusive of any government charges, taxes, or third-party expenses. Payment terms and methods will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitivity of client information and ensure the highest level of confidentiality. We undertake to handle all client data and documents with strict confidentiality, except as required by law or with the client's consent.
Limitation of Liability
Northman Sterling Legal will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering its services. However, we do not guarantee the outcome of any specific legal matter, as the final decision on many matters lies with the relevant Saudi courts or authorities. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date will be due and payable.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, associated with our services and website, are the sole property of Northman Sterling Legal. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Amendments to the Agreement
Northman Sterling Legal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the updated terms on our website periodically.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of respective country. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of specific country.
